STANDARD FEES
- Notarization: $5.00 per notarial act (set by South Carolina law)
- Travel Fee: Varies based on distance within Charleston County
- Witness Fee: Varies if notary arranges witnesses
- All signers must be physically present — no exceptions
- All signers must bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
- Documents should be unsigned — do NOT sign before the notary arrives
- The notary cannot provide legal advice or help you decide what to sign
- Payment is due at the time of service
